Iran’s ‘O2’ accepted at London film fest

Directed and written by Mehraneh Zargar, the short ‘O2’ has been selected to vie at the 2019 Lift-Off Global Network film festival in London, the UK.

The 100-second Iranian short focuses on the way humans are ruining the environment by making it polluted.

It depicts the possibility of damaging the trees as a source of oxygen.

The Lift-Off Global Network holds film festivals in a number of cities around the world, including Sydney, Manchester, Melbourne, Amsterdam, Berlin, Toronto, Tokyo, Paris and New York.

‘O2’ is to attend the eighth edition of the festival which is slated for February 17-24, 2019.
